Disconnection Policy

Temporary or Permanent disconnection can be done only via sms mentioning the reason of disconnection.  Mention your Name, Address, Contact No and the date from which you want to disconnect the line. Incase of Permanent disconnection, Set top Box has to be returned with all accessories.
